About us
Like a Girl Foundation, Inc (LAG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Atlanta serving nationwide. We stand with girls and young women who are experiencing neglect in employability skills. LAG believes in investing in personal development early, improving financial well-being, both current and long term, and fostering entrepreneurship. We are confident that our girls can transform and illuminate pathways to productive work, that establishes their education, job, and career paths if we give them a chance.

We promote, encourage, and prepare young women for career pathways and caring for themselves first, through educational, economic, and empowerment opportunities. We show girls how to navigate through their employment and self-care barriers, so they can unlock the value of self-confidence with their attitude towards their skills and abilities.
